Marissa opened Ivory Rose in 2019 and leads the boutique as the Owner and Visionary. Her favorite part of the job is selecting gowns she knows her brides will love and watching their faces light up when they find the perfect one. Outside the boutique, Marissa is a proud mom to a baby girl, a charcuterie board expert, and a karaoke enthusiast whose happy place is anywhere near the beach.

Lauren's career in bridal began early in 2021, and she excitedly joined the Ivory Rose team in 2025. Her favorite part of the job is meeting all of the incredible women who walk through our doors and celebrating their life moments together! She's our content visionary behind the scenes. When she’s not at Ivory Rose, you'll probably find her planning her own wedding, taking a hot girl walk, or paddleboarding with her fiancé.​

Emilee has been part of the Ivory Rose team since 2021 and now proudly serves as a Lead Bridal Stylist. Her favorite part of the job is helping brides (and the important ladies in their lives) bring their wedding day vision to life. Outside the boutique, Emilee is an English teacher who enjoys reading, painting, and cuddling with her sweet puppy, Behr.

Lydia joined the Ivory Rose team in 2024. Her favorite part of the job is helping brides feel confident and creating special memories with the friends and family who come along to celebrate. She loves being part of such an exciting season in each bride’s life and being a part in their journey to ‘I do.’ Outside of the boutique, Lydia enjoys getting lost in a good book, redoing old furniture, and spending quality time with her family.

Greta joined the Ivory Rose team in 2025! Her favorite part of her role is seeing all the magical “heck yes” moments that happen every day. She loves everything sparkle and glam, and is truly the ultimate girls’ girl. When she’s not surrounded by tulle and trains, you’ll probably find her studying or running from business class to practice — she throws on the Track & Field team for Lawrence University!

Brenna joined the Ivory Rose team in 2026! A fourth-grade teacher by day, she brings patience, warmth, and a love for meaningful moments into every bridal appointment. After finding her own wedding dress at Ivory Rose, Brenna is especially excited to help brides experience that same unforgettable, magical moment. When she’s not at the boutique, she enjoys hot yoga, getting lost in a good book, shopping, and spending time with friends over a great drink.

Julia joined the Ivory Rose team in 2026! Outside of our boutique, Julia is a seasoned content marketer, writer, and editor working in the diabetes and healthcare spaces. Julia loves to stay busy. She constantly throws herself into new environments, projects, and tasks! Julia felt immediate synergy with the Ivory Rose team and loves being part of creating a positive space that celebrates and supports all types of women. While she finds great joy in her work, Julia also finds it in a delicious iced coffee, a new binge-watch, or a thrift store find. 

Madi joined the Ivory Rose team in 2026! Her favorite part of her job is capturing all the good vibes and celebration in-store. When she is not at the boutique, you'll probably find her on the beach, enjoying a glass of wine with friends, or exploring Door County!
