marissa- store manager

Marissa opened Ivory Rose in 2019 and leads the boutique as Owner and Store Manager. Her favorite part of the job is selecting gowns she knows her brides will love and watching their faces light up when they find the perfect one. Outside the boutique, Marissa is a proud mom to a baby girl, a charcuterie board expert, and a karaoke enthusiast whose happy place is anywhere near the beach.

lauren- assistant manager

Lauren's career in bridal began early in 2021, and she excitedly joined the Ivory Rose team in 2025. Her favorite part of the job is meeting all of the incredible women who walk through our doors, showing them how beautiful they are, and celebrating their life moments together! She's also our content visionary behind the scenes. When she’s not at Ivory Rose, Lauren is caring for her sassy corgi, indulging her love of sushi, and singing along to Taylor Swift

emilee- lead bridal stylist

Emilee has been part of the Ivory Rose team since 2021 and now proudly serves as a Lead Bridal Stylist. Her favorite part of the job is helping brides—and the important ladies in their lives—bring their wedding day vision to life. Outside the boutique, Emilee is an English teacher who enjoys reading, painting, and cuddling with her sweet puppy, Behr.

caylee- bridal stylist

Caylee joined the Ivory Rose team in 2024, but her love for bridal began back in 2016! Her favorite part of being a stylist is creating magical moments and witnessing brides feel confident in love—sometimes for the very first time! She finds it truly special when a bride can picture herself walking down the aisle to the love of her life. Beyond bridal, Caylee is a retired college golfer who still loves hitting the course whenever she can with her family.

lydia- bridal stylist

Lydia joined the Ivory Rose team in late 2024 as a Bridal Stylist. Her favorite part of the job is helping brides feel confident and creating special memories with the friends and family who come along to celebrate. She loves being part of such an exciting season in each bride’s life and being a part in their journey to ‘I do.’ Outside of the boutique, Lydia enjoys getting lost in a good book, redoing old furniture, and spending quality time with her family.

pyper- bridal stylist

Pyper has been in the bridal world since 2021, coordinating glam squads for the big day! She joined the Ivory Rose team in 2025. Pyper’s favorite part of her role is seeing that glow when a bride finds the dress. She loves hyping up brides, making them feel confident, and sharing all the happy tears. When she’s not swooning over lace and love, Pyper is chasing sunsets, sipping iced coffee no matter the weather, and planning her next adventure.
